Well as we all know tomorrow is Thanks Giving, one of my personal favorites! I enjoy getting to spend time with all of my family, & even some time with friends! The food is yummy, the fire place sets the mood. It is just a great day all around! & after Thanks Giving, is Christmas, with the Christmas lights, hot chocolate, candy canes,& a gorgeous Christmas tree! Getting to decorate the house & tree with the whole family. It is all great. But sometimes I think we get caught up in all the excitement & lights, food all of it. & we forget to stop & thank God for the family,food,warmth, & love that we all get the privilege of having
We forget about the less fortunate, those who don't have the big dinner, or family to spend the holidays with. We all act so careless about those who don't have what we have. Even though we don't mean to & it is hard not to get caught up in the excitement it happens! Trust me I am guilty of it! There are so many people, & children that don't have the privilege of experiencing Christmas lights, or coming out in the morning & seeing all of the presents under the tree. But instead wake up in the morning to a cold dark forgotten Orphanage where the wont be told I love you or Merry Christmas! They just sit longingly waiting for there family to take them home. So this Christmas & Thanks Giving I would like you to stop for just 5 minutes & thank God for everything you have been blessed with. Say a prayer & ask for God to bless those who don't have everything we do. Or you could even ask God to show you how to bless them. :) Say a prayer for an orphan this Christmas!Like this little princess Cora Lynne :)
