-Hi, I'm Alyssa! 23 year old Arizona native, Chronic Illness warrior, big sister, adoption advocate, dog mom, and coffee lover. I come from a large family of 12 children, all biological except little Theodore who we adopted from Bulgaria through Reece's Rainbow in 2016. Adoption has been a huge part of my life since I was thirteen, if you scroll back through the posts on this blog you'll see that for several years Kaitlyn and I fundraised for waiting children and adopting families. Though we took a break for awhile we are ready to jump back in and begin fundraising again. God has continually placed adoption and the orphan crisis on my heart, calling me to make a difference and help lift the financial burden off of families pursuing the calling on their life. Turning away from a need so great has never been an option for me, knowing these children are left alone to perish will forever pull at my heart strings. I pray that God will always break my heart for what breaks His.
